Ever since I have entered the Social Media domain, I have been questioned the same thing quite often or rather I should say, each and every time – What is Social Media?

Since people come from different backgrounds, I have had to use various methods and answers for the same question, sometimes I meet success immediately, some it takes hours and sometimes I fail [I give up if a person doesn't understand after trying various methods]. It was then I decided to look for general answers which would satisfy everyone and came across these set of videos which explain SOCIAL MEDIA, as they rightly say, IN PLAIN ENGLISH.
