i know fake experience is not good.but today fresher is no jobs iam small problem in my 10 education 59.83 only one mark less thats why iam not shortlisted in any company i have good understand in java and iam certified candidate for SCJP.

So what to do then when we were at end of b-tech it was time of recession though having 70% didnt didnt got any job. and if keep walkins ask unrelated questions. Most of them pay lacs of money and take the jos, some with recommendation and if company wants some one then search for all the experience once who were fiered during recession . Moreover want 60% in 10, 12 and degree so suppose if someone improves after a failure like in 10th have 81% but in 12th have 42% and he realize it and works harder in engineerin and gets 70% then what still they want the 60% in all acadmic years ……..I dont understant what they want with 10 and 12 math and science , ss and other subject. there are may peole who are more talented and worthy to d jobs but still they look for those 60%…..

I am shocked too, but the law, police, justice can also provide you with false allegations to frame anybody, the police can register a false case against you or me through a little influence, and the justice can never determine the real culprit in decades because evidences are bought and sold through auctions. As far as press is concerned, myself being closely attached to it, they need breaking news and any journalist from any reputed publication earns 50 times more from various parties for not publishing facts, while the salary they receive hardly helps to meet both ends. It is well known that the police receives bribes from the common citizens, but the people whom the Police, Law & Administration bribe are those from the press. As far as corporate houses are concerned, most high level portfolios go to persons having high recommendations and strong backings, and at higher management level your knowledge or potential matters the least. Is it not the same to get a job using a fake certificate and that one grabs through using vile non ethical influence? As a matter of fact I would prefer the former because in that case atleast you will have to show your qualities you display in the fake experience certificate, and to show them you have to earn the knowledge to prove that you really worked there while you face an interview. On the other hand no one even dares to question those who get a position through improper channels, as some type of illicit interests lies in these cases beneficial for both the employer and the employee. Now which one seems more ethical?

I don't quite agree with the point that “is anyone in the world loosing anything coz of these??” Imagine a scenario where you own a company and such a person joins your company? Aren't you losing something in that case?
